“Wait on the Lord; Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the Lord!” Psalm 27:13-14
He (God) strengthens us in all the ways of the wise. Waiting on the Lord takes discipline. It is a sign of a wise servant, one who knows the King.
Waiting on the Lord takes courage, “good” courage. Courage is simply having the right fear, fear of the Lord. Relying on Him completely no matter what you are facing. When I have to wait on something to manifest I think about Abraham that did not wait and took things into his own hands. I don’t want an Ishmael (Genesis 16).
