Relationship with God
Strengthening your relationship with God does not seem to be a priority when you are walking through tough times. However, now is the best time. When you are thirsty for answers, change and want hope, who better to bring your concerns and issues to other than the one who can change your circumstances.
A young girl came to the ministry requesting prayers to get her children back. God wants to answer what has been requested. However, He desires to go beyond that. He wants to heal the root of the problems of why she lost her children in the first place and then He wants to heal the children’s hearts. We have a God who goes beyond what we can see. But most of all He wants us to love Him with all our heart, soul and mind (Mathew 22:37)
“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” 1
When we come to God we are coming giving Him thanks for His goodness, praise for His greatness. He can change circumstances.
“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” Mathew 11:28
