“…as long as he sought the Lord, God made him prosper.” 2 Chronicles 26:5

The key to prosperity is seeking the Lord. Prosperity is a state of well being or flourishing.

“In the day of prosperity be joyful, But in the day of adversity consider: Surely God has appointed the one as well as the other, So that man can find out nothing that will come after him.” Eccl 7:14

We will have troubles in this world, it is how we face the adversity that matters. Are we seeking the Lord to take us beyond the adversity to have joy in Him?

God does desire us to live a prosperous joy-filled lives, which includes good health.

Warning: Watch out for pride during times of prosperity, it will lead to destruction (2 Chronicles 26:16).
