If you are seeking peace, then you may be in a state of unrest. More than likely your heart is troubled. All the issues of life proceed from the heart

“Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life.” Proverbs 4:23 NKJV

Peace comes when we are one with Christ. “These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” John 16:33

Cast all your care unto the Lord (1 Peter 5:7-8). This means give whatever is troubling your heart to Jesus and don’t pull it back. “Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” John 14:27

“And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Phil 4:7
