You may not feel like there is a purpose to living anymore. Things may appear bleak. But you have a cause.

Live and proclaim the works of the Lord!

Lord, “Cause me to hear Your lovingkindness in the morning, For in You do I trust; Cause me to know the way in which I should walk, For I lift up my soul to You.” Psalms‬ ‭143:8‬ ‭NKJV

In John 17:3 Jesus prayed for us, “And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.” Knowing God brings purpose in our life and gives us a cause and an eternal life.
