As a leader, you will have times when your authority will be questioned.
In Numbers 12, Moses’ brother and sister, Aaron and Miriam, try to launch a revolt against his authority.
The enemy will try hard to make you believe you don’t have authority by bringing doubt and discontent. You must stand your ground in the power and authority that Christ has given you. God will fight your battles for you (Isaiah 41:10)
God punishes Miriam severely for her rebellion (Numbers 12:9-10).
When a person rebels against a leader, they are rebelling against God.
“Obey your leaders and submit to them, for they are keeping watch over your souls, as those who will have to give an account. Let them do this with joy and not with groaning, for that would be of no advantage to you.” Heb 13:17
