What Will it Take?

Pride is such a dangerous thing. In Daniel 4, we see King Nebuchadnezzar eating grass in a field and living like a wild animal. But, when he lifted his eyes to heaven, his understanding returned to him.

At times we may get so caught up in ourselves that we forget what is really important. We should always be submissive to God and He will give us wisdom and a clear mind.

“Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise and extol and honor the King of heaven, all of whose works are truth, and His ways justice. And those who walk in pride He is able to put down.” Daniel 4:37  NKJV

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”  II Timothy 1:7  NKJV
