Have you ever been disappointed?   Maybe the one who you thought would remember, forgot or harsh words were spoken from someone you love.  The heart is tender.  When it is disappointed, it can break.

David prophesied Christ anguish on the cross, “Reproach has broken my heart, And I am full of heaviness; I looked for someone to take pity, but there was none; And for comforters, but I found none.”  Psalm 69:20

Jesus understands the deep pain you are feeling.   He has come to heal the brokenhearted (Isaiah 61:1).
