Has your heart had a check-up lately?

The heart is the center for all life (health: physical, mental and emotional), “keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flows the spring of life.” Proverbs 4:23.

Have you assessed what condition your heart is in?

“A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.”  Luke 6:45

What are you speaking?  Are the words coming out of your mouth edifying, glorifying, positive, loving, faith-filled? If not, then ask the Lord to show you what is wrong with your heart.

“Every way of a man is right in his own eyes, But the Lord weighs the hearts.” Proverbs 21:2.  

We can be comforted by the fact that Jesus came, “…   to heal the brokenhearted, …” Luke 4:18.
