A friend of mine enlightened me one day to the world of the fashion industry. I never paid much attention to brands. So, as she said, “Do you know why I buy name brand clothes?” I waited patiently for the answer, that I assumed was going to be served up on a name brand platter. She said, “the larger companies with a good name give their thread to the workers in foreign countries to use when they make their garments.”
As I pondered this statement, I meditated on how the Lord covers us. God doesn’t send His thread over for you to be made by someone else.
