Connection Between Sin and Sickness?

Many times when Jesus encountered people He would say, “Go and sin no more.” Sickness is not always a cause for our sin (John 9:2,3). But, Jesus does make a connection in the scripture, John 5:8,14.

“Jesus said to him, ‘Rise, take up your bed and walk…Afterward Jesus found him in the temple, and said to him, ‘See, you have been made well. Sin no more, lest a worse thing come upon you.’”   NKJV
