“for prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit.”  2 Peter 1:21

Would you like to be moved by the Holy Spirit?  Moved to prophesy, repent, have compassion, or have Godly fear.  

Laws, rules and regulations can move us to act.  But are we doing God’s will, or are we acting out of our own desires?  Rules and regulations do not change a person’s heart.  However, the Holy Spirit can.  When the Holy Spirit moves us, obedience should be our response.  He gives us His ruling spirit.
