In our current building project, we are using a bonding agent to adhere the stucco to the block walls.  Bonding agents are great for bonding materials together.  

What bonding agent are you using?   We are to be one with Christ.  However, if we have become bonded to other things, it is difficult to be one with Christ.  

We can form many different types of bonds:  ungodly soul ties, addictions, idolatry, obsessive thoughts, etc., and God desires to break them.   

Fasting is one way that God works to break them.

“Is this not the fast that I have chosen: To loose the bonds of wickedness, To undo the heavy burdens, To let the oppressed go free, And that you break every yoke?”  Isaiah 58:6

Ask God what He desires you to do.
