If you’re a perfectionist, I know you love the word “flawless.”
“And the words of the Lord are flawless, like silver purified in a crucible, like gold refined seven times.” Psalm 12:6
God’s word is perfect, it is the truth, it is timeless, and it is pure. You can count on it.
“the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel.” Isaiah 7:14
Seven hundred years later, this prophecy was fulfilled.
“And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.”
So all this was done that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord through the prophet, saying: “Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel,” which is translated, “God with us.”” Mathew 1:21-23
