Have you ever been carried along by something, a movement?

The enemy can carry you along the wrong path, or the Holy Spirit can carry you down the path that leads to a life everlasting.

“For prophecy never had its origin in the human will, but prophets, though human, spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.” 2 Peter 1:21

When we are carried along by the Holy Spirit, we do God’s will. Jesus is our example as the burden barrier, carried along by the Spirit to suffer for us.

“But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed. We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way; and the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all.” Isaiah 53:5-6
