As a child, it could be a special present under the tree. As an adult, a new job, a raise, to start a family or to be healed. The Jewish people were waiting for a Messiah. Yet when He was right in front of them, they missed Him.

Waiting should draw our hearts closer to God, or it can cause us to fall away. During your season of waiting, will you trust God?

Scripture tells us that He has given us all things to live a Godly life.

“His divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him that hath called us to glory and virtue.” 2 Peter 1:3

If we have been given all things to live a Godly life then what are we waiting for? We have everything we need. Now the manifestation may not have presented itself yet. While you are waiting for the manifestation of God’s blessing and goodness. Rest in Him, trust in Him and do the next thing, be a doer of His word.
