One of the most challenging things to do is remain silent in certain situations. 

For “He who would love life And see good days, Let him refrain his tongue from evil, And his lips from speaking deceit.” 1 Peter 3:10

If we want to have a good life, we need to hold our tongue and not speak evil.  The easiest way I have found to do this is ask the Lord to help me.
