I remember when I was young, my mom wanted me to clean up my room and donate items I hadn’t been using to someone who needed them. This is a very difficult lesson for a child to learn. God desires that we give everything to Him. Are we prepared to do that? We need a heart that is abandoned to God.

“What God has joined together, let no separate.” Mark 10:9

This verse is often quoted during wedding ceremonies. We are joined with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He is our betroved. Let no one or thing separate you from Him. Abandon yourself to God.
