There is a way that seems right. But is it? Do we know the direction to go? Do we know what the Lord desires of us?

“There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death” Proverbs 14:12. In case we do not get it the first time, God repeats it a second time in Proverbs 16:25.

Our way is not always the right way. God says, I know the plans for you, and they are good (Jeremiah 29:11). Are we willing to forgo what we desire for the Lord and trust that He knows the best path for us? The path of a righteous man is blessed, and whatever he does will prosper.
