Have you ever received a letter, email or text that stopped your heart for a second?
Paul writes such a letter to the Ephesians, and every verse impacts the churches and body of believers today.
We are blessed with every spiritual blessing, “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ” Ephesians 1:3
We are redeemed and forgiven, “In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace” Ephesians 1:7
We are sealed and have an inheritance, “In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is the guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory.” Ephesians 1:13-14
And as followers of Christ, we “should be to the praise of His (Christ) glory.” Ephesians 1:12
