Guard against schemes of the enemy, “the schemes of the schemer (Satan) are evil…” Isaiah 32:7

If Satan came to Jesus trying to deceive Him (Luke 4:1-13), he will come your way with deceiving words as well, “Make peace with me” (Isaiah 36:16). Scripture says there is no peace for the wicked. We do not have peace when we make peace with the things that are not of God.   

Revere God, and peace will come, “Wisdom and knowledge will be the stability of your times, And the strength of salvation; The fear of the Lord is His treasure.” Isaiah 33:6
