I picked up a cup at the Habitat store last week. The words on the cup resonated with me. “The struggle is real, but so is God.”

“But recall the former days in which, after you were illuminated, you endured a great struggle with sufferings: partly while you were made a spectacle both by reproaches and tribulations, and partly while you became companions of those who were so treated;” Hebrews 10:32-33

The Christians’ persecution was tremendous, and they suffered in different ways as many do today.

We are encouraged to remember what God has done for us in the past. God took us through the suffering then and will help us endure what we face today.
