In the Old Testament, there were physical giants; we can raise up giants in our minds, and these are spiritual giants that make us think we can not get through something, we will never succeed or will never overcome. 

God told the Israelites to go into the promised land amongst the giants and take it over; I have given you this territory; possess it. He is telling us the same thing today. 

 “Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” Luke 10:19

 We need to claim what God promises us.   

“Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.” Deut 31:6
